*Giveaway Terms & Conditions – VANNtastic Finances LLC

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. This giveaway is sponsored by VANNtastic Finances LLC and is open to legal U.S. residents who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.

Prize Details: One (1) winner will receive a free 3-night cruise for two (2) in an interior room aboard Norwegian Cruise Line, selected and scheduled solely at the discretion of VANNtastic Finances LLC. The prize includes cruise fare only. All additional expenses (including onboard spending, alcohol, excursions, gratuities, internet, and upgrades) are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Transportation: The winner is responsible for all travel to and from the cruise departure port in Florida and must ensure they have valid travel documents, such as a government-issued ID or passport (if required).

Winner Selection & Notification: One winner will be selected at random and contacted via email on or after June 1, 2025. If the winner does not respond within 5 business days, refuses the prize, or fails to meet eligibility requirements, an alternate winner may be selected.

Disqualification: VANNtastic Finances LLC reserves the right to disqualify any entrant suspected of tampering with the entry process or acting in violation of these terms.

Publicity: By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow VANNtastic Finances LLC to use their name, likeness, and image for promotional and marketing purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Marketing Consent: By entering, participants agree to receive emails, phone calls, and SMS messages from VANNtastic Finances LLC for giveaway updates and marketing purposes. Message and data rates may apply. Participants may opt out of SMS at any time by replying "STOP."

Limitation of Liability: VANNtastic Finances LLC is not responsible for any damages, injuries, delays, losses, or other issues arising from participation in the giveaway or from use of the prize, including incidents occurring while traveling to or from the cruise.
